CRAIG J. FAGGEN | MANAGING PARTNER
Mr. Craig Faggen brings over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and structuring numerous large and highly complex capital markets transactions. As a founder and Partner of Triton Pacific Capital, Mr. Faggen was instrumental in the due diligence, structuring, and closing of several billion dollars of transactions. Prior to founding Triton Pacific, Mr. Faggen worked in Arthur Andersen’s Capital Markets Group, where he acted as a financial advisor to a number of public and private companies on various transactions including IPOs, securitized debt transactions, equity private placements, dispositions and M&A related opportunities. Mr. Faggen has earned his B.A. in economics at U.C.L.A. and his Masters Degree at M.I.T.
Joseph Davis | Managing Partner - HEALTHCARE
Mr. Davis has over 25 years of experience in healthcare investing and operations. Mr. Davis runs the firm’s healthcare practice, leveraging his experience as President of three different healthcare service companies including outpatient rehabilitation, home infusion therapy and one of the nation’s largest private pay home care companies that grew to $400 million in revenues and multi-state operations. Combining his operating and private equity investing experience, he works closely with management teams to develop and execute strategies to achieve success. Mr. Davis is a member of the firm’s investment committee and sits on several company boards. Mr. Davis attended the University of California at Irvine and was a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award Program.
Thomas Scott | Managing Partner
Mr. Scott has nearly 20 years of experience in origination and execution of middle market private equity transactions across a broad range of industries including business services, specialty finance, consumer-oriented, software and manufacturing. Mr. Scott has a combination of skills in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, structured financing, and business strategy. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, he was a Principal at TAG Venture Partners, a Boston-based investment firm and buy-side advisor where he was involved in more than 20 transactions. As a management consultant at Harbor Research, a strategy consulting boutique, Mr. Scott focused on assisting industrial and technology companies. Mr. Scott is a member of the firm’s investment committee and sits on several company boards where he is active in guiding overall strategic direction. Mr. Scott received a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
BRIAN D. BUEHLER | MANAGING PARTNER
Mr. Buehler has over 20 years of investment, product development and distribution experience within financial services, commercial real estate, alternative investments and private equity and investment banking. Mr. Buehler runs the firm’s capital markets strategy, bringing his expertise in building distribution platforms that have raised capital to support more than $2 billion of alternative investment strategies. Mr. Buehler is a member of the firm’s investment committee and is the President and Chief Executive Officer of its dealer manager, Triton Pacific Securities, LLC. Mr. Buehler is an appointed committee member to various organizations including, FINRA West Region committee and Institute for Portfolio Alternatives Compliance, Due Diligence and Industry Product committees; and was a past member of Board of Directors of The Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association. Mr. Buehler actively advises and consults on strategic initiatives for U.S. based financial and investment firms and frequently contributes white papers on various financial services subject matter. Mr. Buehler holds FINRA Series 24, 7, 63, 79 licenses and California P&C and L&H licenses. Mr. Buehler earned his B.A. from Chapman University.
Michael L. Carroll | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Michael Carroll has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Triton Pacific Group and its subsidiaries for more than 10 years. Mr. Carroll has extensive experience in the area of financial accounting and has spent several years at Triton Pacific managing fund finances and investor relations. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, Mr. Carroll managed the finances and accounts of various political organizations and worked on Capitol Hill. Prior experiences include serving as Deputy Treasurer of Virginians for Jerry Kilgore, a Richmond-based candidate committee, where Mr. Carroll managed the committees’ campaign contributions. Mr. Carroll received a B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University.
ASIA BRUMWELL | PARTNER
Ms. Brumwell has more than 10 years of experience in finance, healthcare M&A, investing, and strategic consulting. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, she worked in healthcare investment banking with Raymond James, where she advised on multiple M&A transactions and public offerings in the healthcare services and pharmacy sectors. Ms. Brumwell later served as an independent advisor to a number of growth-stage companies, lending her financial and industry expertise to a variety of capital raising activities and strategic initiatives. She is extensively involved with each of Triton Pacific’s healthcare investments, sits on several company boards, and focuses on long-term value creation across the portfolio. Ms. Brumwell holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in Finance from Vanderbilt University, where she graduated top of her class.
JAN SCHOONEN | SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Jan Schoonen joined Triton Pacific in 2024 and has 5 years of M&A and investing experience. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, he was an associate at DFW Capital Partners, a New York City-based middle market private equity firm with ~$2 billion AUM. Before joining DFW, Jan was an associate in the diversified industrials investment banking team at Raymond James in New York City. Jan earned a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and was a member of the men's varsity lacrosse team.
ZACH LINDER | ASSOCIATE
Mr. Linder has 3 years of experience in finance, M&A, and healthcare investing. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, he worked at Lorient Capital, a Miami-based middle market healthcare fund with ~$1B AUM. Before Lorient, he worked in healthcare investment banking at Edgemont Partners in New York City. Mr. Linder is primarily responsible for supporting deal team efforts within the firm’s healthcare practice. He holds a B.S. in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami.
Sanjana Krishnakumar | ASSOCIATE
Sanjana Krishnakumar has 6 years of experience in finance and healthcare M&A. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, she worked as a Corporate Development Manager at AmeriVet Veterinary Partners where she acquired multiple animal hospitals and vet clinics. Prior to AmeriVet, she worked as a healthcare M&A investment banker at Cain Brothers in San Francisco. She also spent two years working as an equity research associate at KeyBank Capital Markets covering marketplace and internet companies. Ms. Krishnakumar supports deal execution and value creation for the firm’s healthcare portfolio. She holds a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
